5 years since the accident.
5 years of pain.
Nearing 4 weeks of ALMOST pain-free days. Don't skip over that too quickly. That is enormous. For us, it's life-changing.
The coils were positioned and repositioned again and again at the clinic till they were just right. They are counter-acting for Andy's gate issues. They are re-aligning his bones so he's taking large amounts of pressure off his knee/hip/back.
He's smiling, he's tossing little girls up in the air, he's making it through work days and still being worth something after.
"To Everything there is a Season", it's a very recurring theme in the life of a believer especially. We won't race past where we've been too quickly. That thorn was allowed to teach, to humble, to equip.
But, in the bright light of a new day, a new season, we are so very, very thankful.

Wow - I want to know what these Z-coils look like?? Regular tennis shoes?
