Tell me my 5 year old, who's going on 20 will never tire of pretending my laundry basket is her dog sled as she delivers piles of laundry from room to room....Tell me that my 3 year old "baby" will never stop asking to snuggle when she wakes up in the morning.
Tell me that the years of hard, life-changing decisions are still far off....
Tell me that the world of tea parties, dress up, Tinkerbell and being tucked into bed with hugs and kisses will never loose it's appeal.....
Tell me they'll never stop mis-matching their clothes, talking to elderly who seem lonely, wanting to bring home every little animal for a pet, giggling till midnight in their room, telling us how we're the best parents "they've ever had"......Tell me never.
Psalm 127:3-5 NIV
Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.
Tell me I'll never forget this season, and I'll tell you......you're right.
