After Liam's Saturday party, we spent the first half of our Sunday with CC Meridian helping out with worship. Andy and I felt incredibly rusty without instruments, but I think the Lord covered it.
Sunday afternoon, we loaded up our tribe once again and went to our friends' 1st annual Harvest Party. What a blast. Princesses everywhere you turned and little animals running around (both costumed and not). Coloring contest, dance contest, turkey-in-the-straw, old fashioned potato sack races and more...They are very creative people!
Andy got out with the husbands and played some flag football before the party got going. He's paying for it today in his ankle and knee, but I so admire him for living life and not letting bitterness from his early-in-life injury stop him.
I brought the fixings for these to the party and they were GOOD!
