Yesterday was a day to write about in Liam's baby calendar.
He played with me.
(Can you feel the love and excitement in those words?)
We were on the couch together when I playfully took his nuk and put it in my mouth (backwards of course). He looked at me, giggled and reached for it right away. I dramatically said "HEY!"and the squeal that followed told me one thing..."Game ON!" That continued for 10 minutes.
Every milestone is special and we're finding that we love the time afforded to us with Liam to enjoy them all. The benefit of our 4 yr gap is the lack of a 2 yr old vying for our immediate attention this time, both girls are big helpers who are just as patient with him as we are. We're fully invested in childhood wonders AND babyhood.
Did I mention he played with me? :)
