He loves me

Yesterday was a really good, really tough, really wipe-you-out type of day.

I love to homeschool. I love my kids, but both take it out of me on so many levels. Our homeschool co-op day is no exception right now. I'll admit, it is very challenging to prepare and teach a class, have Liam miss a morning nap, navigate the girls to their various classes and make it home in one piece.

After our busy morning, it was wedding dress shopping! What a wonderfully tiring event, in the best sense. I was tempted to close my eyes and sleep on my mom's shoulder every time Lis went in to try on a different dress. :)

Straight from dress-shopping to a graduation dinner for Alyssa at Carinos....You mommas know what it takes to get young children not only presentable but keep them that way through a meal. They did great, but again, tiring for mom and dad.

Dessert with both families at our house afterwards. We absolutely love to entertain, and thankfully I'd been able to clean the house on Sunday to be ready for company.

Today, E, O & I are feeling under the weather...My bed is calling me for a nap right after this. I texted Andy, who knows that my mono memory recall seems to be happening recently, he always knows what a crazy day yesterday was.

He texted me back and told me to check in one of my decorative vases for a candy bar.

He does that. :)

Buys my favorite chocolate and hides them all over the house, then usually texts me on rough days and tells me to look somewhere. I can't remember when he started doing this, but honestly....Some days, it beats out a fancy dinner date and flowers. It's just so gosh darn thoughtful and makes me smile at his super crazy hiding places.
