Caramel Corn

I have a special caramel corn recipe that I've used for years now. Andy and I have made it for many a Christmas gift in the past. It's become a Christmas tradition now.

SOFT caramel corn, none of this rock hard stuff for us....We like it chewy and delicious!

Now Emma is old enough to help me make holiday batches. I really enjoy spending time with her in the kitchen, it's where she seems happiest.

We have good conversations, and many, many question that turn into GOOD talks (hilarious talks too). :)

I am thankful for my little girls, they make every day adventurous and full of life.

Andy and I are blessed to have them.
