Dear South Dakota Snow,

You are white, you are pretty.
You are cold and deep.
You are a pesky guest that has over-stayed it's welcome.
You are at this point, quite a nuisance and a source of emotional triggers for melt-downs.
Both childlike and adult. :)

We shall leave you behind tonight and enjoy an indoor tropicana. For almost 24 hrs we shall do our best to forget you, and re-energize our withering batteries to finish out this bitter winter.

We've borne with you as you've played nasty with your friend "Ice-y" to wreak havoc on our windows, cars, roads and nerves Your enormous ice-cycles threaten us as we run underneath them, your piles make backing out of our driveway akin to 4-wheeling in the tundra.

We Oregonians salute you snow, as the most beautifully, horrid thing we've ever known.

Sincerely,
4 "extra-tired-of-the-white-stuff" Colemans

Is this a hotel you stay in and play in fantastically warm water?? Cuz that looks like heaven!

Looks like so much fun!! Glad you guys were able to get away for awhile!! If I could beam y'all here to CA to escape the snow (or buy you plane tix to come here for the next month) I would!! :-) The picture of the frost coming in through your electrical outlet was a little freaky...
