Liv had her tonsillectomy follow-up today. She's healing abnormally fast and can resume her normal diet and activity!! The first thing she asked for was popcorn, which we may try tonight.
Andy's phone woes continue. Dad and I thought it would be so very fun to surprise him with a brand new phone, since he had resigned himself to a very basic model for the next 2 years....Well, the surprise smart phone arrived today, we gave it to him (amid shock and fun video footage), only to learn later this afternoon that we can't activate a new smart phone without an update to our plan. That'll be $40 extra per month, please. Sprint, you are not customer friendly today.
The phone goes back tomorrow. Talk about disappointing.
I'm getting weary of passing up these great yard sale prices because we don't know what we're having yet (baby wise). You may be among the camp that says "Nellie, take a chill pill, you have ALL summer to shop!" :) Hm, perhaps you don't know me? I am a planner. To the extreme. I must plan.
Well, we will have time, but remember you have to hit 5 duds for every GOLD MINE sale you find, and we actually have many weekends spoken for this summer that won't be free for shopping. It will happen, 13 days to go.
Andy completed week 1 of Electro Stimulation, 2 more weeks to go. He leaves June 7th for Tea, SD and his 6 week clinical. He found out that he'll be shadowing a very well respected PT in the area who used to teach at the University of SD...Daunting and exciting all wrapped into one.
Our garden is such a fun distraction for us. Our goal is to keep the squirrels away from our tiny lettuce seedlings, the rabbits away from the carrots, and the birds from eating ALL our worms! :) The girls truly enjoy this job.
