House Cleaning:
We got about 80% of the house cleaned today! Wonderful progress!
Saturday, we just have to finish the living room, dining room, fridge & porch. An hour's worth of work...do-able!
Helpful Girls:
Today while I cleaned, I asked the girls to keep an eye on Liam while I cleaned the tub. The three of them were in the bedroom, Liam sun-bathing, the girls, munching on chocolate crackers.
Suddenly I tune my ears into their conversation to hear Livy say "I think he wants another one!"
(Oh NO! I'm thinking as I run into the room)
"Liv are you feeding Liam the crackers????"
"NO mom! I know he can't eat these....I'm just letting him lick 'em."
Head of Class:
Guess who finished his neurology final with the highest percentage of the class?
Very bittersweet day...lots of students didn't pass which means they leave the program to try another year. That really is hard to see, especially those who had families as well.
Hemorrhoids:
Ok, not the most attractive of titles but truthful none the less!
This is how you know that you've definitely been married a while, still have the "spark", and yet are VERY comfortable with each other:
When you make time during the most insane week of your lives for a special "get dolled up" date at a very nice restaurant.....and end up having a large conversation about hemorrhoids. Lovely. Actually we were both interested so I guess whatever works! ;)
5 days till we're all traveling West. Goodness, so much to do.
