Livy is four!!
Bless her heart, her birthday fell on a week where we were knee-deep in boxes around the house, but Livy and I (Nellie) got strep throat, Andy was working on finals and we've had frigid temps.
My grandiose cake plans didn't come through, I could hardly stand the day before her birthday so we had to greatly simplify our plans, but she didn't seem to notice. :)
Of course she requested the most challenging breakfast I know how to make, which I had to bow out of as well (enter the horrible mom feelings) due to our sickness....Trix cereal thrilled the girls though and I spent the next hour reminded of why we don't have sugary cereals as I watched Liv bounce off the walls. :)
Her daddy blessed her with balloons and M&Ms when he came home from classes and she has yet to take off her new red dress from Gma Sue. Yes, her birthday was yesterday. Haha.
We LOVE you Livy Div! Enjoy every day of your 4th year.

I have learned over the years...our kids don't remember all the grandiose things we do...they remember that we were together and laughed!
