Andy and I are different.
I hope we compliment each other, we're definitely growing in that respect every day. It takes a life time right? :)
Well, Andy and I have a for sure difference when it comes to meeting people.
It will take me a whole summer of swimming lessons to get to know ONE other mom who's there watching her little tyke swim.....And yet Andy will go to ONE lesson and meet a guy who offers him a BLM job next year. Amazing.
I picked this photo because it's an Andy smile. He's charming, and yet now his "charm" holds a humility and compassion that's completely real and unimagined. He's genuine.
Here's the latest "Andy-ism" situation.
His 2nd day of school last week, the PTA director finds him in the hall.
Andy doesn't know that SHE knows him and his story already. Long story short, he's asked to be one of the two "faces" of the PTA dept and shoot a TV commercial for next Fall AND be on the brochures for the school.
Incredible. Ha. He thought nothing of it, even when they shot the commercial.
What do I think? I think Andy has a gift with people. A gift he's completely given to the Lord through good times and pain. I shake my head at our differences again, but I admire him too.
Are you enjoying the strengths of YOUR spouse?
