Emma came out of her room this morning wearing SUMMER clothes.
Complete with tank top and shorts.
(It snowed yesterday, and is below 32 this morning)
I said very little....she's old enough to know better and her coy smile reminded me of that.
Later this morning, as we began our school time, I handed her her 'wind flag' and told her it was time to go measure the wind outside for the weather assignment.
Her jaw dropped and she looked down and then back up at me;
"You expect me to go out IN THIS??"
Why yes my daughter, I certainly do. Perhaps Mom's wisdom of clothing choice will become a bit more apparent tomorrow morning.
