Appraisal report back today, good news with it!
Now we continue doing what we've been doing, and are no good at.
Waiting.
We hoped to be signing this week, but it may be the beginning of next.
Behind all of this, is a camping trip that two little girls are desperately looking forward to. Here's hoping the house closing/moving doesn't overlap.
Even a brand new house doesn't compare to camping when you're 6 and 4.
