Counting down to next Tuesday morning!
I'm just as excited as the girls for this school year.
With our new house came an extra blessing, a school room!! (upstairs bonus room)
Liam can enjoy his toys in his room which is just down the hall and I have SPACE, SPACE and SPACE to put up bulletin boards, dry erase boards, posters and alphabet strips.
I know
it's only a matter of
days after we start before we end up downstairs at the dining room table doing math while I do the dishes or make bread, but at least the MESS of school can live upstairs.
These are unfinished gifts for the girls' first day. They're missing pencils & chocolate. Oh yeah, we start our year off right.
I heart organized spaces....
$20 chair. :) A little crazy on the eyes, but it's been claimed as Emma's go-to reading spot, and that makes me very happy.
Liv's preschool area. We're all about prepping to read this year!
My little school area. It's going to be a great year. I'm thankful to be able to do what I love and teach my kids both academically and spiritually.

The school room looks so cute! :) Love the little yellow plastic chairs! I had those when I was a kid! ahh...memories...
Nellie ~ wow that looks so Fun :) love the school room...someday that will happen when our basement is done..like you said we will probably end up @ the couch but the school stuff will have a home of it's own! Love it and enjoy your year learning -- we are waiting to start until Sept ( I just need more of a break with all that is going on in our Life and fam)
