Despite my beautiful, surprising morning....

...I was beyond exhausted today. Like, can't keep my eyes open, can't finish the simplest of chores type of day. Weird for me...my sweetest of sweet 5 yr old even took note and said
"Mom, you rest, I'll put Liv down for her nap." AND SHE DID!
I can't remember if I felt like this before the girls were born or not.
Thankfully we accomplished about 2 things today. School and a nice, long walk to sit on the grassy hill by the hospital and count the train cars as they passed by.
Hoping for a burst of energy tomorrow and thankful that Drew has a light day of school on Friday.
Another thought: My "baby" turns 6 in 16 days. What a complete delight she is, I love to be inspired by her compassion, determination and love for others. She is a gem.
