By July 17th, not only will we be in the Black Hills of SD, we will have made it through a move across the country, one very challenging winter, 11 months of classes and clinicals (which end July 16th :)) and the official 1st year of this crazy program. A huge milestone for a family of 5. We're celebrating with 3 days at Mount Rushmore.
Horse-back riding (for everyone but preggie mom), water parks, Rushmore fun, cabin-camping, (what can I say...It makes a tremendously happier mom to not be trying to crawl into a tent with a belly) and all around VACATION. Life isn't "normal" right now, but boy are we excited for 3 days of semi-normal.
It's a huge pat on the back for a guy who's holding down a job, AND still on the honor roll with (almost) a 4.0 and for mom and kids who crave time with him! Hopefully it's the break we need to see us through year #2, with lots of new changes yet again!
