Couple things I've pondered lately:
We never refer to our children as "The Kids", it's always been "The Girls".
(That has 3.5 months left to last)
I see things on yard sales that for the first time I do a double-take on, and consider buying.
Trucks, Legos, jerseys, BLUE.
I will NOT be doing one more head of hair in the mornings with this 3rd little babe....What a relief. I'd already hit my limit. :)
An "Oh my goodness" thought: How will I potty-train a BOY? Andy already prepped me that I could now hear those famous movie words we've long laughed over...."I missed!"
Another one: Oh my, we'll be outnumbered on flights, at swimming pools, stores and restaurants....Well, bring it on. :)
Last but not least. I'm already praying for this little man of ours, that he would grow up to be just that, a Godly man who loves the Lord and follows in the footsteps of his Heavenly Father. A man who loves and cherishes his wife, his children, who rises up to meet responsibility and walks humbly with his God. No man is perfect or god-like, but when men are faced with their short-comings, their sin, and you watch how they respond....
that's when you see the true man.
I think my son has one heck of an example waiting for him in my husband and that thought alone may be what gets me through this labor.
My children, all THREE of them, are true gifts.

Lol Love your post. It sounds like us a year and a half ago. :) All those things you think about, and thankfully, they're not any WORSE than you thought they would be. :) Yes, it's a little tricky and you have to plan better when you go out (as in "You get this kid, I'll get the other two, right?") but it's not too terrible. I've heard that the transition from 2-3 is the biggest adjustment, and after that, you're golden. :) Lol Love you guys. Glad your enjoying and anticipating the arrival of Andy Jr. :) Lol
