Storms in the Midwest are actually something I've come to love. I love their unpredictability, their random patterns and amazing lightning & thunder. I probably love them because I've never had to experience the devastation they can bring.
Last Saturday night, we had a flash flood, a severe thunderstorm AND a tornado watch. I found out today that a small tornado did in fact touch down 30 miles away in the town of Tea where Andy is working these 6 weeks. Too close.
Emma ran in the creek that just an hour before was G&G's backyard.
